Process
01/Discovery
If you are interested to start a project together, please make sure to first fill out this REQUEST A QUOTE FORM.
We will then schedule a Discovery Call online via Zoom to answer any questions, figure out if we are both fit in working together, and for me to understand your project goals and expectations.
After our call, you will receive a project proposal with the details and project cost.
02/ Creation
Once you approve the proposal, a 50% downpayment is required for us to officially begin the project. Since I work with a limited number of clients at a time, priority will be given to those who complete the payment first.
You will then receive a Creative Brief so I can gather more details about your project. You'll also need to provide all necessary assets, such as photos, videos, and copy/text.
Within 1–3 weeks of receiving your completed Creative Brief and all required assets, you’ll receive the first version of the design prototype for your feedback, approval, or initial revision request.
After that, you may request up to two rounds of design refinements.
03/ Launch
For Website Projects:
After you approve the final web design mock-up, I will proceed with the website creation on Wix.
You will have the opportunity to check your website in private mode before it goes live according to our agreed launch date. Remaining payment balance will also be collected.
For Graphic Design Projects:
Final design files will only be provided once the remaining project balance has been paid.
For files shared via my Google Drive, please ensure you download all files within 3 months. It is the client's responsibility to keep copies of their design files.
